"Kerry is excellent and very helpful. Mr. Drake, on the other hand, does not have your back as an agent in helping to support a claim. He lied directly to me about my recent claim and about supporting me in speaking to the adjuster. I talked to the adjuster after a call with Mr. Drake, and the adjuster stated, "Who is Jimmy Drake?" he never spoke to him. If you look at the State Farm site that has Mr. Drake's office pictured, the rating is a 3.7, not a 4.9. Do your homework before you choose State Farm, and especially Jimmy Drake's office"

" I am sorry for the misunderstanding I did not directly speak to the claim handler which our claim concierge Kerry did multiple times. On your behalf, we reached out to his supervisor with the hope of escalating attention to your concerns. The supervisor even went a step further and ordered a structural engineer report, which confirmed State Farm's position. I agree Kerry does an outstanding job and she worked diligently on your behalf. Integrity is very important to us and we strive to offer outstanding customer service. "

"Let me just say how highly we think of State Farm(Specifically our agent Kerry Jasek). It is extremely difficult to find insurance companies and agents that legit love what they do and care for their customers. We recently had a major hail storm cause some pretty significant damage. Kerry Jasek was extremely helpful and quick to respond for us. Our family has been with State Farm for over 30 years and they have taken care of our needs for so long. We love our State Farm!!!
